Latest reviews of Wildlife of Southern Africa app for iPhone and iPad

Needs Moer Work
Fantastic app but tons more info needed on most entries as currently there is only very basic stuff suited to people who know nothing. Illustrations also need more work as many are not great and not enough detail is visible. Good start and may you really get into gear and crank up the quality and content soon. Looking forward to more. Well done
Disappointed
Two significant ctiticisms. Firstly, the application suitable for an iPhone but the lack of functionality make it a disappointing application for the iPad. The app opens up as iPhone size in the iPad and there is no functinality to expand the picture. Secondly, the information per entry is fairly superficial.
Looking forward to update
This is a good basic app but would be nice with some extra features. Being able to search by characteristics would be a huge plus. Also an option for taking notes or checking off that you saw one. So many different species in ZA that you need something like this to figure everything out.
Rip off!
If you are getting this for Ipad, do not! Not even for Ipod or Iphone! Illustrations are basic to terrible. The search function was not thought out at all, so you end up scrolling. Ok for mammals with groups, but wait till you try flowers etc. At the price you would expect a lot better, almost criminal and should be reported to Apple.
